Manager, North Asia, Insight Generation (AI & Analytics)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end insight generation initiatives across North Asia, including Korea, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.
• Deliver advanced analytics for resource optimization, segmentation and targeting, sales force effectiveness, and brand competitiveness.
• Translate commercial business problems into AI-powered analytics solutions and actionable recommendations.
• Build scalable insight generation frameworks and analytics solutions that improve efficiency and decision speed.
• Serve as the primary contact for North Asia stakeholders and collaborate with commercial, business unit, IT, regional, and local teams.
• Communicate data-driven insights to senior stakeholders through methodology design, data storytelling, and business impact articulation.

Requirements

• 5–8 or more years of experience in analytics, data science, or commercial insights.
• Strong experience in pharma, healthcare, or a related industry.
• Proven experience delivering sales force effectiveness or commercial analytics solutions.
• Hands-on experience with data science and AI methods, including machine learning, optimization, or predictive analytics.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Nice to have

• Korean language proficiency.
• Experience in North Asian markets and therapeutic area knowledge in oncology or immunology.
• Familiarity with generative AI and automation-driven analytics workflows.
• Experience leading regional or cross-market initiatives.
