Sampling Specialist cum Customer Care Executive

Location: Senai, Johor, Malaysia; the role involves onsite sampling activities and travel to client sites when required.

What you will do

• Coordinate and conduct scheduled food, water, swab, and air sampling according to hirify.global procedures and client requirements.
• Perform hygiene audits using specified checklists and ensure accurate sample identification, labeling, documentation, and reporting.
• Submit collected samples to the laboratory within required timelines and manage sample registration.
• Handle customer enquiries, provide timely responses, and maintain professional communication during onsite activities.
• Develop key customer relationships, collaborate with internal teams, and identify opportunities to promote hirify.global services.
• Monitor response-time and service-quality KPIs while following applicable quality and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma in Science, Customer Care, or a related field.
• One to three years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in laboratory work, sampling, or customer-facing roles is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel to client sites when required.
• Ability to follow ISO/IEC 17025, SAMM policies, hirify.global QA/QC systems, and GCSC requirements.
