Commercial Finance Intern (Consumer Goods)

Location: Singapore; hybrid work with the option to work remotely for up to 50% of the month.

What you will do

• Support budgeting, monthly forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting for the Singapore market.
• Prepare weekly sales trackers, shipment status reports, and commentary on key business drivers.
• Assist with month-end closing, journal preparation, P&L review, and financial control activities.
• Support SOX compliance, internal audit requests, expense monitoring, and financial governance processes.
• Maintain pricing data in SAP, Nintex, Kinaxis, and STREAM.
• Prepare consolidated reports for Southeast Asia and support process improvement projects.

Requirements

• Undergraduate student available for a full-time internship of at least six months from January to June 2027.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with integrity and confidentiality.
• Ownership, initiative, adaptability, and willingness to learn; interest in consumer goods, beauty, and commercial finance.
