Senior SuccessFactors Consultant - Talent/SmartRecruiters

What you will do

• Lead SmartRecruiters and other Talent module implementation and enhancement projects from discovery through go-live.
• Facilitate workshops, gather business requirements, and translate them into scalable recruitment technology solutions.
• Configure Talent solutions, design solution architectures, and document functional specifications and process maps.
• Advise clients on recruitment process optimisation and talent transformation while managing stakeholder relationships.
• Plan and support testing, including UAT, training, deployment, and ongoing solution support.
• Collaborate with integration partners, technical consultants, and project managers, while mentoring junior consultants.

Requirements

• Hands-on SmartRecruiters implementation and configuration experience.
• Experience with other Talent modules, including Onboarding and Succession.
• Strong understanding of recruitment and talent processes.
• Experience leading client workshops and requirements-gathering sessions.
• Proven consulting, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting testing, training, and deployment activities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
