Production Coordinator (Digital Asset Management)

What you will do

• Manage and maintain digital assets in internal or client-managed Digital Asset Management platforms.
• Ingest approved assets and apply metadata, taxonomy, naming, categorization, and content governance standards.
• Audit asset libraries and manage archiving, expiration, retirement, preservation, accessibility, and searchability.
• Advise stakeholders on licensing, copyright, intellectual property, usage rights, retention policies, and archive standards.
• Partner with Marketing, Creative, Packaging, Production, Technology, Operations, agencies, and approved partners to support asset delivery and utilization.
• Contribute to the DAM technology roadmap, integrations, workflow improvements, scalability, and future architecture enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Management, Creative Operations, Communications, or a related field, or 3–5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience administering or supporting DAM platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager, Bynder, Acquia DAM, Aprimo, or MediaValet.
• Strong understanding of metadata management, taxonomy development, asset lifecycles, content governance, and digital asset workflows.
• Knowledge of copyright, licensing, intellectual property, asset usage rights, retention schedules, and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical, organizational, project management, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
