Location: 100% onsite in Ortigas, Metro Manila, Philippines

What you will do
- Help expand into new markets by growing the photographer community.
- Set up and maintain photographer recruitment funnels to meet launch targets.
- Guide photographers through the complete onboarding process.
- Contact interested photographers, communicate ’s value proposition, and encourage them to join the platform.
- Take ownership of creator acquisition and contribute to growth targets.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or recruiting.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Strong phone manner and a sales-oriented mindset.
- Experience using Excel or Google Sheets to organize recruitment funnels.
- Ability to balance attention to detail with fast execution in a high-paced environment.
- Willingness to work 100% onsite in Ortigas.
