Client Solutions Associate (FinTech)

Location: Sydney, Australia; the position is also listed for Melbourne. The role includes a two-week training program in Manila, Philippines.

What you will do

• Complete a six-month intensive training program covering hirify.global products, client workflows, and the financial industry.
• Build consultative relationships with investment banks, asset managers, wealth managers, and other financial institutions.
• Understand client goals and tailor solutions using the hirify.global product suite.
• Identify opportunities to improve client integration and use of hirify.global tools by analyzing client technology and data landscapes.
• Partner with internal teams to implement solutions that improve client experience and product efficiency.
• Represent client needs and contribute to continuous product innovation and support.

Requirements

• Australian citizenship, Australian permanent residency, or New Zealand citizenship is required.
• Graduate or finance professional with less than three years of work experience.
• Bachelor's degree; Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Accounting, MIS, and Computer Science are preferred, while all majors are considered.
• Interest in technology and its application in finance.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, relationship-building, collaboration, and proactive working skills.
