BIM Lead Modeler

What you will do

• Lead multiple international teams of BIM modelers through modeling execution and output production.
• Assess model quality and information availability during early project phases.
• Set up project models and adapt them to client requirements and BIM use cases.
• Integrate design input from Lead Engineers and coordinate with internal and external modelers.
• Manage issues and workloads, perform quality assurance and quality control, and coordinate clash detection and resolution.
• Produce outputs for prefabrication and digital-to-field applications such as Jaibot and PLT.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in structural, civil, or mechanical engineering, or architecture.
• At least 3 years of hands-on BIM modeling and coordination experience.
• Mandatory proficiency in Revit; experience with Navisworks and Dynamo is preferred.
• Knowledge of MEP/FP and anchors, as well as the commercial and technical aspects of engineering services.
• English at minimum B2 level and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills for prioritizing tasks within modeling workflows.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Power BI.
• Experience with additional modeling software.
