Junior Operations Data Analyst Forecasting - AFR (Logistics)

What you will do

• Own and monitor city-hour rider demand forecasts, tracking accuracy and optimizing performance.
• Collaborate with local operations teams to collect insights and validate forecasting decisions.
• Build dashboards and reporting tools to visualize key metrics and trends.
• Simplify and automate forecasting processes with technology teams.
• Translate forecasts into recommendations for rider allocation, operational planning, and efficiency improvements.
• Analyze patterns, trends, and anomalies to improve resource planning and service performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, data analytics, mathematics, statistics, engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker Studio.
• Excellent English communication skills.
