QA Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Create and execute comprehensive manual and automated test cases covering positive, negative, edge-case, and business-rule scenarios.
• Perform accessibility testing against WCAG guidelines, including screen reader compatibility, keyboard navigation, and color contrast.
• Design performance tests, identify bottlenecks, and assess application responsiveness, stability, and scalability.
• Test backend components through API testing and database validation, ensuring data integrity, security, and functionality.
• Build and maintain automated tests using BDD, Gherkin, Page Object Model, and tools such as Appium, Selenium, and Cypress.
• Test generative AI and LLM functionality, including prompt inputs and outputs, hallucinations, bias, toxicity, and edge cases.

Requirements

• Experience applying QA processes, developing testing strategies, and adapting methodologies to different project contexts.
• Experience with manual testing, test automation, API testing, database validation, accessibility testing, and performance testing.
• Knowledge of BDD, Gherkin, Page Object Model, and automated testing frameworks.
• Ability to identify risks, edge cases, technical requirements, and quality improvements while collaborating with product managers, designers, engineers, and customers.
• Advanced English skills for communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently as the sole QA or collaboratively within a larger QA team, including mentoring junior team members.
