Senior DevOps Engineer (Azure + Terraform): Building and operating secure, scalable Azure infrastructure for large-scale healthcare and pharmacy applications with an accent on infrastructure automation, cloud security, networking, and CI/CD. Focus on designing repeatable Terraform environments, supporting containerized workloads, resolving production deployment dependencies, and maintaining reliability under strict compliance requirements.
Location: Remote from Bogotá, Mexico City, Costa Rica, Lima, or São Paulo
Salary: $4,400–$5,100 per month

What you will do
- Design, implement, and support Azure cloud infrastructure for large-scale enterprise applications.
- Build repeatable infrastructure environments with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
- Support Docker and Azure Container Apps workloads, API integrations, Cloudflare edge security, and Redis Cache.
- Build and maintain GitHub Actions CI/CD workflows for infrastructure and application deployments.
- Troubleshoot production infrastructure and deployment issues while driving dependencies and blockers to resolution.
- Partner with developers, platform teams, architects, and senior stakeholders on infrastructure decisions and technical ownership.
Requirements
- 6–8+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure architecture and cloud infrastructure.
- Advanced Terraform and Infrastructure as Code experience.
- Experience with Docker, Azure Container Apps or similar container platforms, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD automation.
- Strong knowledge of cloud networking and security, including Network Security Groups and Azure Key Vault.
- Ability to work independently, troubleshoot complex enterprise environments, and communicate with architects and senior stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting healthcare or pharmacy platforms.
- Experience with API Gateway, Cloudflare, and Redis.
- Familiarity with healthcare cloud environments and regulated enterprise systems.
- Experience with highly available, production-critical applications at enterprise scale.
- Experience partnering with architects on cloud infrastructure and deployment strategy.
