hirify.globalss="what-you-will-do">What you will do

• Consult with clients on business processes, succession planning, and tax planning.
• Lead, schedule, supervise, and review tax engagements.
• Perform tax procedures based on engagement size and complexity.
• Review complex individual and corporate tax returns.
• Develop and train team members.
• Build opportunities for clients, communities, and colleagues while participating in industry events and training.

hirify.globalss="requirements">Requirements

• Six years of experience in a large professional services or public accounting firm, including strategic management.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Active CPA certification; a JD or EA may be accepted instead.
• Experience and interest in public accounting and partnership tax.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to propose solutions confidently.
• Ability to work in the Minneapolis, Minnesota office.
