• Consult with clients on business processes, including succession and tax planning.
• Lead, schedule, supervise, and review tax engagements.
• Perform tax procedures based on the size and complexity of each engagement.
• Review complex individual and corporate tax returns.
• Develop and train team members and support their career growth.
• Build opportunities for clients, communities, and colleagues through industry expertise and professional events.

• Six years of experience in a tax role at a public accounting or professional services firm.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA certification required; EA or JD may be accepted instead of CPA certification.
• Ability to solve client issues and present practical business solutions.
• Interest in working directly with clients to support their strategic business goals.
