Lead Mobile Developers (Swift/Kotlin)

What you will do

• Lead and coach mobile development teams while remaining hands-on with software development.
• Act as the primary technical contact for clients, translating business needs into software requirements and technical vision.
• Oversee the full software consulting and delivery lifecycle, from ideation through production evolution.
• Design mobile solutions, select technologies, and make pragmatic trade-offs within client constraints.
• Champion clean, reusable code, TDD, mobile architecture patterns, design and pair programming, continuous delivery, and DevSecOps practices.
• Build platform-appropriate, accessible, private, and human-centered mobile experiences for diverse clients.

Requirements

• Strong experience with at least two mobile development languages, such as Swift, Kotlin, Dart, or JavaScript.
• Experience with mobile SDKs and UI frameworks, including SwiftUI, Jetpack Compose, or Flutter.
• Experience leading software development teams using Agile, Lean, or Continuous Delivery approaches.
• Ability to address mobile-specific concerns such as vendor limitations, constrained execution environments, disconnected operation, release cycles, accessibility, and privacy.
• Ability to influence others, advocate for technical excellence, develop a business-focused technical vision, and mentor less experienced developers.
• Resilience in ambiguous situations and the ability to approach challenges from multiple perspectives.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of mobile DevOps and pipeline tools such as Fastlane or Gradle.
• Interest in functional programming, modern UI patterns and architecture, or platform engineering.
