Associate Technical Solutions Analyst

Location: Remote USA

Salary: $86,600–$112,500 base salary per year, with potential bonus, commission, and equity eligibility.

What you will do

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and help resolve complex client technical issues with guidance from senior team members.
• Provide customer-facing technical support during pre- and post-implementation activities.
• Investigate issues across data-driven applications, relational databases, XML sources, APIs, web services, and enterprise environments.
• Build relationships with internal teams and external customers while developing technical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Document investigations, solutions, best practices, and lessons learned in support systems and knowledge bases.
• Participate in team projects, training, and an on-call rotation as required.

Requirements

• Master’s degree required in Management Information Systems, Computer Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related technical discipline.
• Relevant hands-on experience through co-ops, internships, graduate assistantships, capstone or research projects, or up to two years of early-career professional experience.
• Academic or practical exposure to relational databases, SQL, Java, XML, APIs, web services, ERP platforms, cloud environments, or enterprise application support.
• Foundational knowledge of Linux/Unix, scripting, HTTP/web services, networking, debugging, or application troubleshooting.
• Ability to learn technologies quickly, investigate technical issues, document findings, and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical, organizational, collaboration, and customer-service skills, with curiosity, accountability, and a growth mindset.

Nice to have

• Exposure to SAP, Oracle, ERP platforms, enterprise applications, or tax technology.
• Familiarity with SOAP, REST, WSDLs, APIs, integration frameworks, virtual environments, cloud infrastructure, or file transfer processes.
• Experience with data-driven applications, databases, analytics, cloud platforms, or high-volume transaction systems.
• Awareness of data governance, data security, privacy, operational support, or enterprise IT practices.
• Prior customer, stakeholder, consulting, analytical, or technical support experience.
