Master Data Management Analyst (Finance)

Location: Salt Lake City, Utah, United States; hybrid schedule with office work Monday–Thursday and remote work on Friday.

Salary: $60,000–$75,000 per year, plus equity and an annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Support daily operations of the data governance program.
• Maintain accurate and complete critical data elements in the Fund’s Global Data Master.
• Monitor data quality across systems and coordinate resolution of gaps, inconsistencies, and missing information.
• Assist with creating and maintaining business rules for master data quality monitoring.
• Identify data cleansing opportunities and coordinate implementation with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with functional teams to track requirements and achieve data management goals.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience in the financial industry or a related role.
• Degree in finance, data management, or a related field preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams independently, meet timelines, and follow up with stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in master data management.
• Experience with SQL.
