Data Operations Supervisor (Asset Management)

Location: Remote within the United States; listed locations include Missouri, New York, Connecticut, Kansas, and New Jersey.

Salary: $80,000–$105,000 USD annually in New Jersey and New York.

What you will do

• Lead a team of associates within the internal data operations function.
• Support asset management clients using data management services for financial intermediary distribution.
• Apply knowledge of broker/dealer and RIA firms, trading IDs, advisor teams, and dual-registered advisors.
• Work with transfer agent, sub-transfer agent, custodial, and other distribution platforms.
• Participate in client discussions to identify best practices and improve service delivery.
• Manage operational challenges, solve problems, and deliver work within deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of related work experience.
• Experience in the financial industry, specifically asset management.
• Knowledge of financial intermediary distribution, recordkeeping, distribution platforms, and reporting requirements.
• Strong operational, communication, and team leadership skills.
• Ability to learn quickly, apply new skills, work proactively, solve problems, and meet deadlines.
