Location: Lisbon, Portugal; office-based four days per week with remote work available one day per week on Friday

is hiring for its Hedge Fund Finance team, supporting fund vehicles, fund operations, and investor reporting.
What you will do
- Manage fund accounting and financial reporting for hedge fund and private equity fund-of-fund and access fund vehicles.
- Build relationships with fund managers, administrators, distributors, custodians, auditors, tax providers, and other service providers.
- Design and improve operating processes, procedures, reporting, and automation initiatives focused on efficiency and scale.
- Participate in fund structuring, setup, onboarding, and review of feeder fund documents and operational questionnaires.
- Monitor cash positions, liquidity, reconciliations, reserves, expenses, subscriptions, and commitments.
- Review and approve NAVs, capital calls, distributions, investor allocation files, notices, and regulatory deliverables in coordination with legal and compliance teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, statistics, or a related business field.
- 3–5 years of experience in fund accounting, fund administration, or finance operations.
- Experience with alternative investment funds, including fund-of-funds and feeder funds, is preferred.
- Advanced accounting and Excel skills, with experience working within an audit framework preferred.
- Strong organizational, analytical, communication, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
