Associate Director, Executive Compensation

Location: Hybrid role based in Somerset, New Jersey, United States. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Base pay: $168,372–$220,988 USD annually. Performance-based bonus and/or equity may be available for eligible roles.

What you will do

• Design, analyze, and deliver reward and incentive compensation programs.
• Conduct executive and leadership compensation analysis.
• Develop market intelligence and benchmarking for business-critical roles.
• Support broader compensation strategy through high-quality execution and insight generation.
• Contribute to strategic projects, global initiatives, and compensation enablement.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and the global compensation team to support attraction, retention, and engagement.

Requirements

• Experience supporting executive and leadership compensation programs.
• Strong analytical capability in reward, incentive plan design, and market benchmarking.
• Ability to generate compensation insights and work with internal stakeholders.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required; employment eligibility will be verified through E-Verify.
• Availability for a hybrid role based in Somerset, New Jersey.
