Associate Scientist Discovery Proteomics (LC-MS/MS)

What you will do

• Execute and optimize quantitative proteomic workflows based on liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.
• Support cell-surface target discovery, proximity-labeling studies, preclinical biomarker discovery, and mechanism-of-action investigations.
• Generate high-quality, reproducible experimental data for preclinical pipeline programs.
• Collaborate with proteomics, functional genomics, biology, automation, and bioinformatics colleagues.
• Communicate results to project teams and contribute to collaborative scientific problem-solving.

Requirements

• Master’s degree; or bachelor’s degree and 2 years of scientific experience; or associate degree and 4 years of scientific experience; or high school diploma/GED and 6 years of scientific experience.
• Experience with LC-MS/MS-based proteomics is relevant to the role.
• Ability to work in a lab-based position in South San Francisco, United States.
