Process Maintenance Technician I - Nights (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Identify potential issues in assigned process systems and equipment.
• Support equipment reliability improvements and help minimize system and equipment downtime.
• Assist with operating assigned processes and resolving low- to moderate-complexity issues.
• Inspect, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment in an aseptic fill-and-finish environment.
• Report to the maintenance manager and support facility manufacturing operations.

Requirements

• Ability to work on feet for up to a 12-hour shift, including night shifts.
• Ability to move equipment or supplies weighing up to 33 pounds.
• Ability to operate and inspect manufacturing equipment using hands.
• Ability to work around hazardous materials, loud noise, extreme cold, outdoor conditions, confined spaces, elevated heights, and ladders when required.
• Ability to pass a powered industrial truck driving exam; a valid driver’s license is not required.
• Corrected vision to 20/25 and colour vision may be required depending on the role.
