Salary: $58,300–$64,982.42 per year

What you will do

• Direct and supervise program directors and host home providers.
• Develop, implement, and maintain habilitation plans and supporting documentation.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews, compliance audits, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Establish and enforce quality standards across operational areas.
• Participate in treatment teams and provide clinical oversight.
• Coordinate coverage, schedule adjustments, and emergency operational support, including after-hours and weekends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field and three years of related experience.
• State of Nevada QIDP certification required.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.
• Experience developing and implementing individual programs.
• Experience with budget implementation and contract management.
• Knowledge of governing rules and regulations, with strong decision-making, communication, writing, research, time management, and project management skills.

• Prior experience conducting investigations.
