Senior Product Engineer (AI) (Node.js/Vue.js/React/TypeScript): Building and shipping customer-facing products for an AI-powered platform that turns ideas into websites, online stores, and web apps with an accent on full-stack ownership, product outcomes, and AI-assisted development. Focus on solving ambiguous customer problems end-to-end, integrating AI agents and LLM-powered features, and improving system delivery across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
Location: Remote from Poland
Salary: €5,600–€7,800 gross per month, based on experience and competence.

What you will do
- Own customer problems from discovery through production delivery and impact measurement.
- Build across frontend, backend, and infrastructure as a full-stack product engineer.
- Use AI agents for coding, analysis, testing, and iteration.
- Collaborate directly with designers, product managers, data specialists, and engineers in autonomous squads.
- Identify delivery bottlenecks and improve how work is delegated to AI agents.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and shipping products used by real users.
- Full-stack experience with Node.js and Vue.js, React, or Angular.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools in a production workflow.
- Strong product mindset and ability to work independently in ambiguous environments.
- Experience with REST APIs, PostgreSQL or MySQL, TypeScript, and software testing.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Message queuing with RabbitMQ, BullMQ, or GCP Pub/Sub.
- Vue 3 Composition API and Pinia.
- Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD.
- Production experience with LLM-powered features or AI agents.
- Observability tools such as Grafana and Prometheus, plus monorepo or Vite experience.
