Senior Fullstack Developer (AI & Data Platform)

Location: On-site in São Paulo, Brazil, or Toronto, Canada

What you will do

• Develop backend automation that integrates metadata sources and generates governed artifacts such as data contracts.
• Design and build agent-enabled applications and workflows, including MCP servers and data-platform tools.
• Build user-facing interfaces for platform and data-discovery workflows.
• Deliver production-quality services with robust API design, testing, and CI/CD practices.
• Contribute to architecture, engineering standards, scalability, security, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with data engineering, governance partners, and internal and external clients across multiple initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 6+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on fullstack development.
• Strong Python skills, including FastAPI, asynchronous services, Pydantic, JSON Schema, API design, and schema validation.
• Experience with React, Vue, TypeScript, ES6, RESTful APIs, microservices, unit and integration testing, Git, and CI/CD.
• Knowledge of Graph RAG structures, Neo4j, Supabase, cloud computing, serverless architecture, and AWS.
• Experience architecting agentic workflows and AI-driven solutions with LLMs and autonomous frameworks.

Nice to have

• Experience building MCP servers, data governance and catalogue tooling, and data-contract standards.
• Experience in regulated or life-sciences environments.
• Consulting experience and connections in the Life Sciences industry.
• Experience with Snowflake Cortex and Genie, Collibra, Unity Catalog, Databricks, Docker, PostgreSQL, and YAML data contracts.
