OSS and Operations Automation Engineer (OSS/Monitoring/Salesforce): Managing and evolving operations support systems, observability platforms, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Jira automation for network and cloud operations with an accent on solution architecture, systems integration, and operational assurance. Focus on designing end-to-end automation, implementing Prometheus and Grafana monitoring, developing Salesforce solutions, and resolving complex Level 3 incidents.

What you will do
- Manage and improve OSS, monitoring, customer support, and operations automation systems.
- Gather requirements, model workflows, define acceptance criteria, and develop solution architectures for operational needs.
- Deliver solutions end to end across Linux and AWS using REST APIs, message buses, OAuth, and webhooks.
- Deploy and optimise observability platforms including Prometheus, Grafana, OpenNMS, Nagios, Alerta, and Alertmanager.
- Develop and administer Salesforce Service Cloud and Jira workflows, automation, integrations, and reporting.
- Provide Level 3 troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, documentation, vendor coordination, and scheduled on-call support.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in IT, telecommunications, or cloud systems engineering, including OSS/BSS, Salesforce, and Atlassian administration.
- Experience with requirements analysis, process mapping, solution architecture, Agile delivery, and multi-stakeholder project management.
- Hands-on knowledge of observability and network assurance technologies, including SNMP, MIBs, streaming telemetry, MPLS, and AWS networking.
- Strong Salesforce experience with Service Cloud, Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Data Cloud, Agentforce 360, Flow, security controls, and CI/CD.
- Advanced Jira administration and automation skills, including workflows, schemes, webhooks, JQL, and permission models.
- Strong Python and Shell scripting skills, plus experience with databases, Linux administration, AWS, and Infrastructure as Code.
