Senior Staff Engineer - DevOps (AWS/Kubernetes/Terraform): Designing and operating scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure with an accent on Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD automation, and cloud-native scaling. Focus on building event-driven architectures, improving platform reliability, implementing security practices, and troubleshooting production systems.

What you will do
- Design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS.
- Build and maintain Kubernetes clusters, containerized workloads, Docker images, and Helm deployments.
- Develop Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and automate delivery through GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
- Implement autoscaling with Karpenter and KEDA and support event-driven architectures using Amazon SQS and RabbitMQ.
- Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot production issues, and participate in incident response and root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with development, platform, and security teams to improve delivery processes, reliability, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or a related role.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS, cloud-native architectures, and Kubernetes administration.
- Strong proficiency in Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, Bash/Shell scripting, Helm, and Docker.
- Experience with Karpenter, KEDA, Amazon SQS, RabbitMQ, networking, security, monitoring, and observability.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- GitOps experience with Argo CD and knowledge of AWS CloudFront and CDN architectures.
- Familiarity with Node.js, Next.js, FastAPI, microservices, and API-driven architectures.
- Experience with Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, security scanning, compliance automation, or platform governance.
- Strong Python skills.
