Senior Fullstack Developer (Vue/PHP)

Location: The Hague, Netherlands; hybrid

Salary: €4,500–€6,500 gross per month based on a 40-hour week

What you will do

• Build and ship features end-to-end across Vue.js 3, PHP 8, Symfony, and MySQL.
• Work in a project squad with product, UX, design, and engineering colleagues.
• Design technical solutions and keep features moving from idea to release.
• Review merge requests and provide direct, constructive feedback.
• Measure and improve application performance while keeping security risks in focus.
• Understand product goals and ensure implementation stays aligned with the broader direction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a senior Full Stack Developer.
• Strong hands-on experience with Vue.js 3, PHP 8, Symfony, and MySQL.
• Practical experience with Git, GitLab or GitHub, Docker, and automated testing.
• Knowledge of security best practices and performance optimization.
• Ability to work across frontend and backend code and adapt to project needs.
• Problem-solving skills, active listening, and clear communication.

Nice to have

• Background in B2B, SaaS, or HR technology.
