Frontend Developer (React/Vue)

Location: Remote, available only to candidates based in Lviv, Ukraine

PaymentIQ is a SaaS payment orchestration platform that helps merchants manage, optimize, and scale payment flows across more than 260 payment service providers and multiple markets.

What you will do

• Lead hands-on frontend development using JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Vue.
• Work with a team of 3–4 frontend developers and provide technical guidance.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor colleagues on coding and architectural best practices.
• Facilitate architecture discussions and help select technologies for efficient, scalable frontends.
• Keep code and infrastructure up to date and aligned with current standards.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of frontend development experience.
• Significant experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Vue, Cypress, Jest, and GitHub Actions.
• Hands-on experience with Docker or GitHub Actions and awareness of DevOps/GitOps practices.
• Proven mentorship or leadership experience through complex software development cycles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and learning skills.
• Professional English is required; all work is conducted in English. A BSc or MSc in Computer Science or a related field is required.

• Experience in the financial industry or e-commerce.
