Vendor Coordinator (AI Localisation)

hirify.global is hiring for a role focused on building and managing localisation vendor partnerships across the media and entertainment industry.

What you will do

• Identify, select, recruit, and onboard freelance and agency localisation vendors globally.
• Build relationships with external vendors and support Production teams on media and entertainment localisation projects.
• Coordinate vendor testing, evaluation, feedback, and performance reporting.
• Collect and negotiate rates, rate cards, project quotes, and commercial terms.
• Maintain accurate vendor data and legal documentation.
• Support the development and mentoring of new team members while monitoring trends in localisation technology.

Requirements

• University degree in Translation, Audiovisual Translation, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant vendor management experience in media and entertainment localisation.
• Strong knowledge of market rates and industry conditions across subtitling, dubbing, access services, and AI localisation.
• Experience recruiting resources for AI localisation services, particularly AI dubbing, AI subtitling, and lip manipulation.
• Background in subtitling, human dubbing, voice-over, and AI dubbing.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
