Full Stack Web Application Developer (AWS)

Location: Onsite in McLean, Virginia, within the Washington Metropolitan Area; US citizenship required.

What you will do

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance an AWS-hosted software application and its underlying databases.
• Develop full-stack web applications using Vue, JavaScript, FastAPI, Python, and PostgreSQL on AWS RDS.
• Design and administer cloud infrastructure, networking, infrastructure as code, resiliency, and on-demand scaling.
• Build large-scale data solutions for efficient search, analytics, reporting, and entity resolution.
• Support IT security compliance, auditing, monitoring, Assessment and Authorization, data-set permissions, and configuration management.
• Develop containerized Podman applications and support continuous integration, continuous development, microservices, and user-interface usability standards.

Requirements

• US citizenship and an active U.S. Government Top Secret Security Clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph are required.
• Demonstrated full-stack software development experience with Vue, JavaScript, FastAPI, Python, PostgreSQL, and AWS RDS.
• Experience with enterprise SecDevOps tools, continuous integration and development, microservices, cloud infrastructure, and infrastructure as code.
• Experience with cloud resiliency, on-demand scaling, data permissions, security compliance, auditing, monitoring, and configuration management.
• Experience with FidOS and CLSE operating systems and containerized applications using Podman.

Nice to have

• Cloud architecture or services certification.
• Experience with JWICS, Kubernetes or AWS EKS, Confluence, Sigma, Analytic Workbench, and Sponsor-developed CookieCutter templates.
• Experience with artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning, data ingestion, exceptional records, and safeguarding US person information.
