Compliance Manager (Part Time) (Retail Compliance)

What you will do

• Act as the primary liaison between central hirify.global and wholly owned brand business units, translating policies and compliance directives.
• Maintain business manuals and policy documentation in line with legal standards and corporate governance.
• Monitor adherence to Restricted Substance Standards and other operational guidelines.
• Analyse return data, identify root causes and implement return-reduction strategies.
• Conduct regular warehouse site visits to audit processes, share best practices and improve operational consistency.
• Support LIS integration and onboard new business units in collaboration with the Technical Director.

Requirements

• Experience interpreting and implementing regulatory policies, legal requirements and corporate compliance standards in a retail environment.
• Understanding of technical operations, warehouse logistics, supply chain practices and return management.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, including documentation, system integration and business-unit onboarding.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex information to diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to use data to monitor compliance metrics and identify operational improvements.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new internal software platforms.
