Vehicle Repair Services Engineer (Electric Two-Wheeler)

What you will do

• Develop and deliver maintenance technique training for the SSS program twice weekly, with each session lasting eight hours.
• Perform pre-delivery inspections on approximately 50 electric two-wheelers per week.
• Provide instruction on major repair procedures and battery pairing support.
• Audit certified repair shops through onsite inspections, technician interviews, reporting, and repair-record reviews.
• Support inventory checks, parts management, SLA tracking, and corrective actions at partner repair shops.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve repair processes, training materials, and service standards.

Requirements

• Proven mechanic experience with strong two-wheeler motorcycle service and maintenance skills.
• Experience or strong aptitude in training mechanics on service techniques and repair procedures.
• Experience with inventory management, parts logistics, workshop certification, and audit procedures.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and relevant software independently.
• A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field is preferred.
