System Administrators (AWS) (Global – Remote)

hirify.global develops the INSIDE™ AI Customer Visual Engagement Platform, a SaaS solution for real-time customer behavior tracking and intelligent engagement used by luxury, retail, and other major brands.

What you will do

• Maintain servers, operating systems, security tools, applications, email systems, firewalls, VPNs, monitoring systems, and backup jobs.
• Administer AWS and Microsoft server environments, including user accounts, permissions, group policies, event logs, resource monitoring, and virtual servers.
• Monitor cloud health, troubleshoot virtual hardware and infrastructure issues, and maintain application uptime at 99.5%.
• Support incident resolution for internal users and customers, coordinate escalations, and provide phone, email, and remote technical support.
• Manage backup and restoration, disaster recovery, endpoint protection, system upgrades, risk mitigation, and infrastructure cost optimization.
• Design application infrastructure and automate routine IT tasks while collaborating with development and other teams.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of AWS experience with EC2, GuardDuty, CloudTrail, VPC, EBS, and Route 53.
• AWS Certified SysOps Administrator Associate, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate, or equivalent certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong Microsoft Server experience, including SQL Server 2016+ and IIS 8+.
• Experience with CDN and WAF technologies, Jenkins, DNS, networking, domain names, SSL, PowerShell, Terraform, Linux, and Google Apps for business.
• Experience with other cloud platforms such as Azure or Alibaba Cloud.

• Strong communication, collaboration, time management, multitasking, and risk communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, learn quickly, maintain attention to detail, and perform effectively under pressure.
