What you will do

• Administer medications in compliance with federal and state regulations and company guidelines.
• Complete resident admissions, assessments, discharges, care plans, service plans, and clinical documentation.
• Monitor resident health, including wounds and infection control, and notify physicians or family members of changes.
• Respond to emergencies and provide health-related consultation to residents and staff.
• Maintain communication across departments, provide educational meetings, and support safety and disaster planning.
• Protect resident confidentiality and maintain a safe, professional care environment.

Requirements

• Training from an accredited licensed or vocational nursing program.
• At least 1 year of experience in senior care or a related field.
• Current Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Availability to work one weekday and at least one weekend per month; weekend shifts are 8 hours.
