Senior Product Manager (Logistics)

What you will do

• Define the vision, goals, and roadmap for outbound fulfillment products supporting omnichannel business lines.
• Own the product lifecycle from ideation and requirements writing through launch, iteration, and post-launch evolution.
• Partner with engineering, design, operations, and data science teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Manage executive communication and stakeholder relationships across hirify.global and customer organizations.
• Gather customer, partner, and market insights to guide prioritization and product direction.
• Mentor junior product managers and measure product performance to maximize business impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including launching and scaling high-impact products in e-commerce.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects from concept through execution.
• Strong product lifecycle management experience from discovery through post-launch development.
• Experience mentoring and coaching product managers or other team members.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, strategic prioritization, writing, and stakeholder-influence skills.

Nice to have

• Experience building logistics, supply chain, or fulfillment products.
• Hands-on exposure to AI or large language model technologies.
• Familiarity with agile product development methodologies.
