Senior Product Manager — TradFi Wealth

Location: Hong Kong / Remote

What you will do

• Own the planning, execution, launch, and iteration of Binance Earn's TradFi product line, including ETFs, mutual funds, equities, futures, and brokerage products.
• Research traditional finance markets and user needs to connect TradFi investment scenarios with crypto-based wealth management experiences.
• Design and operate structured options products such as Dual Investment, Snowball, Shark Fin, and other principal-protected or options-linked structures.
• Partner with Quant and Market Maker teams on payoff structures, pricing parameters, yield curves, and product rules.
• Coordinate delivery across Engineering, Design, Quant, Trading, Risk, Compliance, and Operations using agile practices.
• Track TVL, AUM, conversion, retention, volume, and revenue to guide product iteration and growth.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of Product Management experience in financial products.
• Hands-on experience with TradFi products such as ETFs, mutual funds, equities, futures, or brokerage and trading products.
• Practical knowledge of structured products and options-linked payoffs, including dual-currency yield, snowball, and shark fin structures.
• Working proficiency in English for written and verbal cross-border collaboration.
• Experience managing the full product lifecycle from ideation and PRD writing through launch and post-launch iteration.
• Strong analytical, prioritization, stakeholder-management, and cross-functional delivery skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with financial options and derivatives, including pricing, Greeks, scenario analysis, and hedging.
• Knowledge of RWA, tokenized assets, on-chain yield products, or DeFi protocols.
• Experience with blockchain technology or Web3 products.
• PMP certification.
