Service Delivery Analyst-OMBP (Pension Administration)

Location: Hybrid in San Antonio, TX, United States; Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

What you will do

• Administer the Germany US Dollar pension plan, including defined benefit and defined contribution plans.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries about eligibility, calculations, and retirement processes.
• Coordinate with pension teams, third-party administrators, actuaries, auditors, legal counsel, and vendors.
• Review and reconcile pension data, payroll records, contribution files, and actuarial reports.
• Support audits, census activities, notifications, actuarial valuations, nondiscrimination testing, and government filings such as Form 5500.
• Maintain pension documentation, digitize records, manage vendor invoicing and contract renewals, and improve related procedures.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in pension administration, HR administration, or payroll.
• High proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive data confidentially.
• Ability to work in the hybrid San Antonio, Texas arrangement during regular Monday–Friday hours.

Nice to have

• BBA in HR, finance, business administration, or a related field.
• Knowledge of ERISA, IRS regulations, retirement plan compliance, and related reporting requirements.
• Experience with US or international pension plans and collaboration with actuaries, auditors, or third-party administrators.
• Background in financial reporting or audit coordination.
