Staff Pharmacist (Pharmacy)

Location: Onsite at 4145 Dowlen Rd, Beaumont, Texas, United States

Salary: $98,000–$172,000 annual salary for a 40-hour/week schedule, prorated for different scheduled hours. Additional annual or quarterly performance bonuses and a $15,000 sign-on bonus are offered.

What you will do

• Provide pharmaceutical care, process prescriptions, and accurately dispense medications.
• Counsel customers on healthcare and prescription medication needs.
• Administer immunizations and other Walmart pharmacy programs.
• Follow company policies, procedures, HIPAA requirements, and other regulations.
• Guide pharmacy staff on appropriate customer service practices.
• Build relationships with customers and partners and participate in community outreach.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or equivalent FPGE through NABP.
• Pharmacy license by the job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
• Ability to provide pharmaceutical care, apply best practices, and adapt to varied patient needs.
• Commitment to HIPAA and PHI compliance.
