Manufacturing Process Technician (Packaging)

Location: Clayton, North Carolina, United States; onsite manufacturing role

What you will do

• Set up, operate, monitor, and control equipment, systems, and processes on manufacturing lines.
• Execute production schedules and maintain production areas, including cleaning activities.
• Participate in event response and support equipment maintenance, function restoration, and preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Review and author standard operating procedures and other production documents.
• Record and review production data in batch production records and associated forms.
• Follow safety and environmental requirements while working with manufacturing equipment and materials.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least six months of manufacturing experience; this requirement may be waived for qualifying military, BioWorks/BioBlend, or hirify.global contractor experience.
• Ability to read, write, and understand product documentation and standard operating procedures with attention to detail.
• Ability to work onsite for shifts of up to 12 hours, move equipment or supplies weighing up to 33 pounds, and work in loud, cold, elevated, confined, or potentially hazardous environments when required.
• Computer literacy is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in an FDA-regulated environment.
• Production or manufacturing experience.
