Location: FL-Pensacola; requires travel to other locations within the state and/or region

Salary: $21.00–$25.00 per hour

What you will do

• Support primary care physicians and deliver an exceptional patient experience across multiple locations.
• Escort patients, prepare and stock exam rooms, review medical information, and collect updated health data.
• Take vital signs, perform blood draws, administer medications and immunizations, bandage wounds, and assist with clinical procedures.
• Manage front-desk activities including scheduling, check-in and check-out, medical record requests, referrals, and specialist coordination.
• Document patient information, process test results, communicate results, and conduct patient outreach.
• Maintain clinical supplies and equipment while ensuring continuity of procedures across different teams and settings.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant, preferably in primary care.
• Graduation from a formal Medical Assistant or related program.
• National or state-specific Medical Assistant certification or registration; certification or registration is required where mandated by the state.
• CPR/BLS certification required by the start date.
• Ability to maintain a flexible schedule, cover absences and vacancies on short notice, and travel to different locations within the state or region.

Nice to have

• Phlebotomy experience.
