Senior Manager Talent Acquisition Tufts Medical Center (Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid, with at least 2–3 days per week onsite at Tufts Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts

Salary: $122,301.82–$155,933.24 per year, based on full-time equivalent

What you will do

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies for Tufts Medical Center and ambulatory recruitment across the hirify.global system.
• Lead recruitment oversight for Tufts Medical Center and support recruitment partnerships with Lowell General Hospital and Melrose Wakefield Hospital.
• Partner with HR, business leaders, DEI councils, community organizations, educational institutions, agencies, and professional networks to expand diverse talent pipelines.
• Establish recruitment metrics and KPIs, analyze data, manage recruitment budgets, and optimize process efficiency and candidate experience.
• Collaborate on employer branding, HR technology initiatives, and talent acquisition tools and process improvements.
• Prepare reporting and presentations for executives and advisory groups on recruitment progress, opportunities, and insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience leading a team of HR professionals.
• Strategic recruitment, workforce planning, change leadership, communication, negotiation, and business management skills.
• Experience with candidate assessment and selection, applicant tracking systems, recruitment tools, and HR software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, complex environment and use virtual platforms and related technologies.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience leading Talent Acquisition professionals.
• Talent Acquisition management experience in a healthcare setting.
