Supervisor (Sputter Source)

Location: Woodlands, Singapore, W3; no travel required

What you will do

• Lead technicians and Manufacturing Specialists in delivering maintenance and operational support activities.
• Manage consumables and spare-parts inventory for offline sub-assemblies.
• Maintain accurate data across tracking systems for sub-assembly services.
• Identify training needs, plan workplace training, and maintain training records.
• Promote a safe and clean work environment in line with Seagate EHS policies and procedures.
• Coordinate administrative and people-management matters with HR and EHS.

Requirements

• Diploma or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering, a related engineering discipline, or ITE.
• At least 3 years of technical experience in media manufacturing, thin-film, or vacuum maintenance or engineering.
• Experience leading teams and maximizing individual performance.
• Experience managing projects with cross-functional groups, including goal setting, timelines, tracking, and closure.
• Strong problem-solving, logical-thinking, data-analysis, and management skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and computer programs.
