Sales Trainee

Location: Rohnert Park, California, USA; route-based travel of 0–10.

Salary: $21.47–$23.73 per hour, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Complete training for potential progression to an Account Sales Manager role.
• Support sales initiatives and cover Account Sales Manager routes during absences and special projects.
• Maintain professional customer relationships across large- and small-format off-premise stores.
• Execute product rotation, brand flow, pricing, displays, distribution, and merchandising according to Red Bull standards.
• Meet daily KPIs for sales, distribution, pricing, displays, new accounts, and merchandising.
• Support audits, blitz activities, display building, and other sales operations.

Requirements

• Valid US driver’s license and ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory or advertising displays.
• English communication skills required; additional languages are advantageous.
• Customer service or sales experience is a plus.
