GMP Supervisor Nights

Location: Lebanon, Indiana, United States; on-site night shift, Monday–Friday, 3:30 p.m.–12:30 a.m.

Salary: $65,000–$75,000 per year

What you will do

• Coordinate GMP program activities and perform assigned operational duties.
• Train, supervise, instruct, and evaluate employees and temporary staff.
• Conduct quality, service, sanitation, OSHA, and safety inspections.
• Prepare pass-down reports and weekly or monthly operational updates.
• Track equipment and supplies inventory, maintenance, repairs, and related records.
• Identify at-risk behavior, recommend corrective actions, and report personnel or customer issues to management.

Requirements

• Experience leading facilities, operations, janitorial, manufacturing, or service teams, or an equivalent combination of education, training, certifications, and experience.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Facilities Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to carry out supervisory responsibilities, including assigning work, conducting performance evaluations, and resolving complaints.
• Ability to lift or move up to 35 pounds and perform the essential physical functions of the role.
• A valid driver’s license may be required.
• Ability to work on-site in Lebanon, Indiana, during the scheduled night shift.
