Director, Technical Program Management (Digital Assets)

Location: Full-time onsite at the New York City office at 40 Wall St, New York, United States

Salary: $200,000–$230,000 USD base salary per year, plus equity and an annual performance bonus

What you will do

• Build the Technical Program Management function for R&D, starting as the first program manager and hiring 1–2 TPMs as the function grows.
• Own predictable delivery across the product portfolio, including acquisition integrations, legal-entity restructurings, partner migrations, and vendor migrations.
• Coordinate regulatory review pipelines, audit-finding remediation, and product delivery against commitments made to regulators.
• Maintain portfolio dependency, capacity, staffing, risk, and delivery-date visibility across teams and entities.
• Run the product execution-review cadence, launch-readiness process, blocker escalation path, and delivery operating rhythm.
• Partner with product, engineering, compliance, legal, risk, commercial, finance, and audit leaders to resolve cross-functional delivery risks.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management and 3+ years leading TPM teams or functions.
• Experience delivering programs in a regulated financial environment, including examiner deadlines, audit findings, SOX-adjacent controls, or material-weakness remediation.
• Technical fluency in platform engineering, including architecture discussions, estimates, sequencing, and cross-team dependencies.
• Experience with at least one of M&A integration, legal-entity restructuring, or large multi-party partner migrations.
• Ability to lead through influence across split reporting lines and operate without positional authority.
• Strong writing-first operating style, using documents and dependency maps to drive execution.

• Crypto or digital-asset domain experience.
• Experience founding a TPM function.
