Investment Advisor II

Location: Cleveland, Ohio, United States; in-office role

Base salary: $86,250–$143,750 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Manage client accounts according to established investment objectives.
• Provide actionable investment advice, market insights, and performance reporting.
• Apply investment and asset management strategies to client portfolios.
• Maintain and grow assets under management through client relationships and financial services expansion.
• Follow hirify.global policies and procedures to manage investment and business risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• At least 3 years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Knowledge of investment management, portfolio management, financial modeling, and investment consulting.
• Strong client relationship management, communication, decision-making, and critical-thinking skills.
• Must work in the Cleveland, Ohio office; hirify.global does not provide employment visa sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT for this position.
