Personal Banker (Retail Banking)

What you will do

• Acquire and deepen branch customer relationships through proactive sales and service activities.
• Conduct outbound calls, appointment setting, lobby engagement, and service-to-sales conversations.
• Identify customer needs and position appropriate banking solutions to grow loyalty and revenue.
• Educate customers on financial transaction options using technology, tools, and resources.
• Resolve customer problems while applying product and procedural knowledge.
• Manage risk, follow policies, and support accurate daily branch operations.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• An associate degree or equivalent experience; a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, prospecting, selling, and customer needs analysis.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Must work in the Jacksonville, Florida branch environment.
