What you will do

• Design, build, deploy, and optimize AI-powered agents that automate workflows and improve business outcomes.
• Translate business requirements, operational needs, and strategic objectives into scalable AI agent solutions.
• Define agent capabilities, workflows, decision logic, escalation models, prompts, instructions, memory, tools, and performance metrics.
• Integrate agents with enterprise applications, business processes, APIs, and data sources.
• Establish governance, validation, guardrails, monitoring, and responsible AI controls in partnership with Technology, Security, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and business teams.
• Monitor adoption, quality, business impact, and operational efficiency while improving solutions through data and user feedback.

Requirements

• Experience working in large, complex, and highly regulated enterprise environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Power Platform, or comparable AI ecosystems.
• Understanding of enterprise architecture, API integrations, security, privacy, governance, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience delivering AI, automation, or digital transformation solutions within enterprise organizations.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving business, technology, and process transformation.
