What you will do

• Draft and distribute pre- and post-event emails and social media posts.
• Contribute social media ideas and content for company events.
• Support brand-related event planning by coordinating timelines and vendors under supervision.
• Assist with event logistics, including booth setup and teardown, registration, promotional items, and shipping.
• Process event-related purchase orders and maintain internal events and communications calendars.
• Support internal communication initiatives and learn about marketing collateral development.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• No professional experience is required; previous experience or a relevant internship is preferred.
• Basic understanding of marketing and communications principles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to follow instructions, accept feedback, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with occasional overnight travel of up to 25%.
