What you will do

• Assist with planning and coordinating promotional campaigns and schedules.
• Present products and services clearly and professionally.
• Identify customer needs and provide relevant information and solutions.
• Support lead generation, customer acquisition, and follow-up activities.
• Participate in promotional events, community outreach, and customer engagement activities.
• Maintain customer interaction records and collaborate with the team on marketing and sales objectives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort interacting with customers in person.
• Goal-oriented, organized, adaptable, reliable, and self-motivated approach.
• Previous marketing, sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, or events experience is helpful but not required.
